Weekly Services 

8am     Holy Communion (BCP)
BCP – a traditional service without hymns which lasts for about 45minutes

10am     Parish Eucharist (CW)
CW – a service using the modern prayer book with hymns and lasting about 70 minutes followed by refreshments

6.30pm   Evensong (BCP)
(3.30pm during the winter months)
A traditional sung service on the 1st Sunday of each month


9.00am   Morning Prayer


6.00pm     Contemplative Prayer Group (see more information in Prayer  on the home page)

10.00am     Holy Communion (BCP)
A service without hymns which lasts for about 30 minutes. This is followed by coffee and biscuits from 10.30am to 12noon– all are welcome. Please drop in.

Good Friday Worship: Stations of the Cross, provided by kind permission of York Minster and Jerry Scott Sermon provided by Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby Activity: Read Passion according to St John at 3pm, suggested ‘tech down-time’

Holy Saturday Worship and Activity: Easter Vigil at home, and lighting of Easter candle

Easter Sunday Worship: +Martin 10am, ++AbC on CofE website from 9am, BBC Radio4 8:10am, BBC1 Sunday worship from Bangor Cathedral (Anglican Church in Wales) 11:25am Activity: Light Easter candle, Sing Thine Be the Glory out of front door/window at 9:30am (film, record, post on social media with #SingResurrection), celebrate!!!

Children's Corner

The children's corner is situated in the side chapel of the church and is open for every service.From January 2018 this will revert to being a  creche where parents or guardians can look after their child during the service if they so wish.
