St Gregory’s Fellowship May 2023
Following an extended break, meetings of St Gregory’s Fellowship Group resumed in April this year. By the time you read this our May meeting, including an illustrated talk from Lynne and Robert Fish about their trip to Japan, will also have been held.
This brings us to our ‘summer season’ with outings planned to Clare Priory on 15th June and Assington Mill on 20th July. Then on 17th August, afternoon tea at Painters, Sudbury.
Meanwhile Irene, our Programme Secretary, is hard at work sourcing speakers for our ‘autumn season’ meetings from September onwards. We will meet on the 3rd Thursday of the month at the Christopher Centre, Friars Street commencing at 2.30pm. A subscription of £3.50 per person is payable for each meeting, which includes tea/coffee and biscuits, plus a complementary raffle.

My grateful thanks to my fellow committee members, Irene Harding Payne (Programme Secretary), Ann Newport (Treasurer) and Pam Arbon (Secretary) who have been instrumental in getting our group up and running again. Thank you also to Gill Bruce for keeping the Greeting Cards going out to members on both happy and sad occasions.
